How do I get the best range when using wireless video?
Place the camera/transmitter where there are the fewest obstructions between it and the receiver.
  • Place the receiver higher than the camera/transmitter.
  • Make sure the antenna is installed on the receiver and at upright position
  • Try making adjustments to the locations of the camera/transmitter and receiver. Moving the location in any direction by only a few feet will often improve the reception.
Can a system run on battery power?
Yes. Besides a standard DC power supply for mains, we offer a 9V battery with a battery clip that can power our wireless cameras. They supply power to a typical wireless camera for 3-4 hours.
What other equipment can I use?
Our wireless camera systems are compatible with most TVs and VCRs. Or, connect them to time lapse VCRs that can record for days, weeks or even a whole month on a single tape, or to security grade monitors that are capable of displaying the high resolution images the cameras deliver.
The standard RCA video outputs let you connect the system to a host of other equipment to enhance your system’’s performance:
  • Quad splitters
  • Video motion detectors
  • PVPON live Internet video system
  • Computers with video inputs
